40: The FPAC Open Studios Group Show will display the variety and creativity from this unique community of artists. In honor of the 40th anniversary of FPAC, each work will incorporate “40” in some way—such as the age of the artist, the width of the piece in centimeters, the number of colors used, the weight of the piece, or anything else the members of this creative community can devise. Fort Point, one of New England’s largest artist communities, is home to over 300 artists who produce work in a wide array of media. Open to all FPAC members, the Group Show will include works from dozens of artists. It will coincide with FPAC’s fall Open Studios, October 11-13, 2019, when the Fort Point Arts Community’s numerous galleries and artist buildings welcome the public.
